Gretchen Whitmer kidnap plot - Barry Croft, 44, of Bear, Delaware

Barry Croft was fond of posting the names of government officials that he would like to see hanged on Facebook. Trump was one. The FBI started an investigation in March. Facebook closed the account in April, but Croft started a new account and kept posting. 

Croft often expressed on social media the desire to hang Trump, Obama, the Clintons and anyone else serving in government, according to the FBI.

Wolverine Watchman case - Brian Higgins released on bond

Very interesting court video featuring Christopher van Wagner's arguments of how little evidence the government has presented that his client had anything to do with an alleged militia plot to kidnap the governor of Michigan.

Brian Higgins, of Wisconsin Dells, is accused of using night goggles and a digital dash camera while making surveillance of Gretchen Whitmer's vacation home near Birch Lake, Michigan, on a single day in September.
