Dylann Roof trial delayed until January

Updated on Dec. 14, 2015: The federal trial will be held after the state trial. The state trial is set to begin in July, as previously reported. 

Keeping up with the Dylann Storm Roof trial: Jury selection was supposed to begin but the federal trial has been pushed back to January. A state trial on the same charges will be held next July. The reason for the delayed fed trial is that Roof's attorneys want more time to prepare a defense. Makes no sense, because, honestly could there be more of a show trial than this?

Feds have not decided whether they will seek the death penalty. (Thought that was decided as "yes" a while back. But, no.) Judge told them to hurry up.

It has also been reported that Judge Gergel will preside over the Joseph Meek trial as well as the Roof trial.

No one mentions that part-black friend of Roof's. The kid who told the press on camera that Roof had told him a week before the church shooting that he was going to shoot up a school. Is that or is that not a crime to fail to report a plan to murder people? Nobody knows!

Any expert using the words "White Supremacy" is probably anti-White and a few generations behind in his field of expertise. Most Whites want to separate from the violent black race, whether they admit it or not. This is called "white flight" and happens in every state

Scarecrows aren't scary!

So they say.

Last time I looked  around I noticed witches and skeletons were "out of style" for Halloween yard decorations. (Don't even think about hanging a dummy from a tree.) The goofy but lovable scarecrow had somehow stolen the show as the classic Halloween decoration. Well, I never thought of scarecrows as scary, myself, but when I played Montana 300's video "Ice Cream Truck" for a test subject, the masked man (bottom photo) made my viewer exclaim, "The Scarecrow of Romney Marsh!" (top photo.)

Personally, I don't remember the Scarecrow of Romney Marsh, but I would say he is disturbing to look at. Probably why a marketing crew doesn't dig him out of the vault every year for Halloween like they do Count Chocula. (Do not buy! The marshmallows are disgusting.)

Joey Meek arrested for concealing information from the feds

I WAS expecting that the next thing we heard about Joey Meek was that he collected a big reward for being the one to identify his friend Dylann Roof to the police the day after the shooting. But no, he has been arrested in connection with the Charleston shooting. His bond has been set at $100,000.

According to the New York times article, something like a house will have to put up to get him out on bail.
Considering that his mother has been reported to work at Waffle House and the family lives in a rented trailer, this condition seems unlikely to be met.

Joey Meeks strikes me as having the capacity of a Theodore "Beaver" Cleaver to understand the world around him.

Scene: Bathroom of a dilapidated trailer in Red Bank, SC. Joey and Dylann are crashing on a mattress on the floor. The room has a chemical smell. Joey turns to his friend with the odd blond bowl haircut.

"Gee, Dylann, what do you mean you are going to do something crazy?"
"I'm going to give a bunch of Negroes the business, Joey."
"But, Dylann! Mom said never to shoot at Negroes!"
"I know, Joey. But somebody has to do it, and I guess it has to be me."
"Yeah. Too bad a guy can't stay a kid all his life."
